I recently bought a GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition, and have been trying out its intervalometer for creating timelapses. The advantage to using a GoPro over my Canon DSLR is that taking thousands of pictures doesn’t wear out the shutter, and it’s also waterproof so you don’t have to worry about it being left in the rain.

In this timelapse, you can see me helping my friends and neighbours to lay new turf on the bottom half of their garden that they’ve been busy clearing recently. As it was such a hot day, they had to start without me so that’s why there’s already quite a lot done!
